We take pride in both our reliability and capability of handling any cleaning job — large or small.
An average three (3) hour cleaning includes 1,500 – 1,800
square foot area or approximately 8 – 9 rooms. Call for prices.
We also understand the importance of having a clean home and why you need the very best ALL ABOUT CLEANING. We consider the following items as “standard procedure”.
Bedrooms, Living Rooms, Family Room, Dining Rooms and Entry Halls
- Windex all glass mirrors, sliding glass doors, tracks, and storm doors. Do not leave streaks.
- Dust Fireplaces and hearths, Any Shelves, Window Sills, Chair rails, Pictures and Lamps (feather dust lamp shades-or use a dry cloth).
- NOTE: Dust blinds and clean ceiling fans-checking carefully for cobwebs: use a feather duster or damp rag
- Dust furniture and all objects lifting them and dusting under them with lightly damp cloth.
- Dust front of furniture and legs with a damp cloth and Clean ashtrays.
- Clean fingerprints on door facings (both sides): spray cleaner (all purpose cleaner)
- Clean floors in any way required (vacuum, dust mop or damp mop).Use only detergent and water/ vinegar and water/ or pinesol and water.
- Clean under beds, dressers, etc, if possible.
- Wipe off all pictures. (Making sure not left hanging crooked).
- Empty trash and take to garage or wherever it is suppose to go.
- Make or changes beds.
- Straighten and plump pillows.
- Fold all covers and place neatly on sofa or bed.
- ALWAYS vacuum last and do not walk on carpet again.
BATHROOMS
- Clean and shine all tile in shower and tub area.
- Clean sliding glass doors with bathroom cleaner. Clean tracks.
- Pick up mat from inside tub. Clean off and under.
- Clean tub, wipe dry and shine faucets.
- Clean sink, counter tops, tank and stool using bathroom cleaner.
- Clean soap dishes.
- Clean toilet bowl with Comet.
- Windex mirrors shine faucets end counter tops.
- Dust window sills and shelves.
- Wipe all objects.
- Wipe off lights and light switches: no wet rags on bulbs.
- Check doors for fingerprints and wipe off.
- Sweep floor and clean with wet cloth or mop making sure to get behind-toilet.
- Empty trash.
KITCHEN
- Feather dust blinds.
- Wipe all window sills
- Wipe all cabinets, upper and lower with all purpose cleaner.|
- Clean burner wells.
- Clean and shine stove top front and hood with all purpose cleaner and glass cleaner.
- Shine entire stove top and front.
- Shine dishwasher and fridge (and top of fridge).
- Clean counter tops (move everything: toasters, coffeemakers, etc. clean under them and shine them).
- Wipe table and all objects on it.
- Wipe chairs, and legs of chairs.
- Clean waste can.
- Clean base board or border.
- Floor: sweep (get every crumb) or vacuum, mop, clean perimeter on hands and knees. Mop with water or pinesol and water.
- Empty trash.
- Do not leave dirty dishes, either wash them or put them in the dishwasher.
- Clean dish rack mats and under mats.
- Clean stainless steel sinks with Comet rinse and shine with glass cleaner dry completely
VACANCY CHECKLIST-CLEANING
- Remove all trash/debris (telephone books, newspapers, discarded paper from previous tenet).
- Check closets for trash/debris.
- Clean tops of doors, door frames, and door knobs.
- Clean all drapery rods and or mini-blinds, verticals.
- Clean all windows, window sills, tracks on BOTH sides of window.
- Clean all light switches, switch plates, and outlet covers.
- Clean thermostat, doorbell cover and mail slot or mailbox.
- Clean all heat and return air vents and fan covers.
- Clean all interior and exterior light fixtures, glass globes, ceiling fans and chandeliers with in reach without using a ladder.
- Clean all closet doors, shelves, rods, and tracks.
- Remove all decals or unprofessional shelf coverings
- (as much as they can be removed).
- Clean banister rails and steps (if any).
- Clean all wrought iron railings (if any).
- Clean patio door frame and tracks.
- Clean patio window (interior and exterior).
- Sweep patio/balcony area and front entrance area.
- Clean furnace closet floor, furnace and hot water heater.
- Clean bathroom wall tiles or tub wall kit.
- Bathtubs (interior and exterior), faucets, and shower nozzle.
- Clean shower doors, tracks and handles (if any).
- Clean toilet bowl, tank, base and seat. Laundry hamper.
- Clean all light and fan covers.
- Clean linen closet, vanity cabinets, shelves and mirror.
- Medicine cabinet (interior/exterior) clean shelves, frame and mirror.
- Bath sink, faucets, and counter tops.
- Clean kitchen cabinets (interior/exterior) doors, shelves, drawers,
- handles, and the underside of cabinets.
- Clean refrigerator(interior/exterior) ice trays, defroster tray, interior door, bins, condenser tray, door seals, and all removable parts.
- Clean stove and oven (interior/exterior) racks, drip pans, broiler pans, under knobs, handles, cooktop. Clean exterior sides, clean oven window thoroughly.
- Clean stove hood (interior/exterior) and light cover.
- Clean dishwashers (interior/exterior) racks, basket, door seals, and around hinges and bolt heads (scour rust from bottom if necessary).
- Clean sink and counter surfaces.
- Clean all surfaces that may collect grease/dirt.
- Mop all tile/vinyl floors (including closet).
- Vacuum all carpet (including closets).
- Check all utilities, lights off, thermostat set up/down according to season.
- Close all blinds.
- Make sure doors are locked before leaving.
