What are your hours?
Our hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
What guarantees do you offer?
All of our cleaning is 100% guaranteed provided that All About Cleaning is given the allocated time to clean your home.
How often should my home be cleaned?
Most customers have us clean weekly, bi-weekly as well as one time cleanings, special occasions, move in/out cleanings. We will work with you to develop a schedule that suits your needs.
How do you keep your prices so low?
We have low overhead, no franchise fees and we own our office space.
Is “All about cleaning” insured and bonded?
It is very important that anyone working in your home/office be insured and bonded. All about cleaning company and staff are fully insured and bonded for your protection. All employees are also covered on our workman’s compensation insurance.
What if something is damaged when my house is cleaned?
We take great care in the cleaning of your home; however, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning your home, we will make every effort to have the item repaired, or replace if it can not be repaired. To accommodate you we need to be notified of any damage within 24 hours of the cleaning.
Do I have to be home when the cleaning team arrives?
Not necessary, but if at anytime we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning you may incur a $25.00 charge.
How do you gain access to the house for a scheduled cleaning?
We use three methods:
- All About Cleaning has a key-which we code and keep locked up
- Customer will leave a key on the premises or a door open
- If you would like to be present when the crew arrives you may call the office the work day before the scheduled cleaning and we will tell you the a.m. or p.m. time frame.
What if I need to change a scheduled cleaning?
Please call the office at least 24 hours in advance of a schedule cleaning change.
Please note: Any complaints need to be reported within 24 hours so we may correct the situation.
